Job Title: Senior Test Engineer Performance Testing
Location: Bangalore, Mumbai India Hiring
Work Mode : Hybrid
Job DescriptionJob OverviewThis role is part of a professional team of multi-skilled performance testers and analysts responsible for all aspects of the stress, load and performance testing of projects within Quinnox clients on multi-platform, multi-client and multi-functional systems and supporting environments. Key Responsibilities
- Part of a single / multi location team
- Design, Prepare and Execute Medium / Complex test cases
- Daily Test Execution reporting
- Defect Logging / Analysis / Closure
- Convert and validate customer requirements into test requirements
- Review test artefacts for other Test Analyst and Junior test analysts.
- Test execution co-ordination for a test phase
- Knowledge share the testing skills to other team members
- Compliance to agreed standards and processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Testing standards, process, procedure and methodology.
Experience & QualificationsKey Skills & Knowledge requiredTechnical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Combination of S/W development and testing experience.
- Knowledge in more than one technology: Cloud, Web, Client Server.
- Good Knowledge on Test Scripting, Execution and Reporting
- Knowledge of Insurance Industry
- Good concepts of Unit Level / SIT Level / Regression level testing.
- Good Hands on Testing Tools knowledge: Loadrunner/Apache JMeter /Browser stack / NeoLoad.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in performance testing of complex, enterprise-level applications.
- In-depth knowledge of performance testing methodologies, including load, stress, and scalability testing.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, and distributed systems architecture.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Performance Testing Certification) is a plus.
Business / Interpersonal Skills
- Able to guide other performance test analysts and junior performance test analysts when required.
- Understanding of testing processes and procedures and complete software development lifecycle.
- Experience of working with multi-cultural and geographically disparate teams.
