Role You will manage day-to-day contact with our internal customers, delivers sales and customer support and ensure order fulfillment to increase customer satisfaction and build long term profitable relationships. The position offers a great opportunity to work with regional sales managers and. other departments globally to deliver quality proposals in quick time to our customers and contribute towards Aftermarket business. Responsibilities Develops customer contacts to build long-term relationships with customers Prepares proposals to customers of a less technical nature based on receipt of Request for quotes (RFQs) Collaborates closely with colleagues in sales and specialists in other departments on questions relating to technical issues, products, services, pricing etc. during proposal and order execution Interacts directly with clients to define scope and pricing of service and to resolve order and delivery issues Handles claims, minimizing potential negative impact towards our customer Keeps CRM updated and follow up on opportunities in collaboration with sales managers and other stakeholders Follows-up on Overdue receivables Ensures compliance with Export control regulations when dealing with embargo countries Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the companys operational activities Education Qualification Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering Experience 5+ years experience in Proposal preparation in Air pollution control equipment or other products within Cement, Mining and Paper industries.
