Job Description

Review reports for complete/accurate availability of required medical records.

Download coding related documentation from clients portal and upload them to our internal portal for coding

Reconcile Missing Information sheets

Daily assist coders with information on required patients documentation to aid in coding

Effective email communication with coding department on EOD report, facility-wise

Saving supporting documents in the share point for crosscheck and audit purposes

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:

Any Graduates
Experience in Excel, Word.
Good Communication.
