Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Needs to have a basic understanding of agency work.
- Acquire new customers and business for the organization.
- Service existing accounts obtain orders and establish new revenue streams by planning and collaborating with new and existing potential clients.
- Draft new and powerful proposals that are up to date with the company's activities to lure in new clientele.
- Accelerate client acquisition by understanding client needs and pitching the perfect customized plan/package as per their requirements.
- Recommends changes in services and policy that will help improve sales and organization efficiency.
- Manage clients' grievance and complaints by addressing their needs and providing genuinely useful solutions.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge of our inner workings and keeps up to date with the latest trends to bring an edge to every sales pitch/proposal.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Relevant sales experience in advertising.
