Job Description

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand learning needs and objectives. Design and develop learning solutions that leverage a variety of modalities, including e-learning, instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, and blended learning approaches. Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. Select and implement appropriate learning technologies and tools to support learning initiatives. Manage the end-to-end development process, including needs analysis, content creation, storyboard development, and evaluation. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in learning and development. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions through assessment and feedback mechanisms. Partner with subject matter. experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality and relevance of learning content. Provide guidance and support to other team members involved in learning solution development.
