Interested Candidates - hidden_email / hidden_mobile The Technical Support Engineer L2 will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers regarding network security products such as Fortigate Firewall, Checkpoint Firewall, and Paloalto. They will diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot and resolve network security product-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems. Document and track customer interactions and. resolutions in the ticketing system. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams. Stay up-to-date with the latest network security technologies and products. Qualifications and Requirements: 4-7 years of experience in technical support or a related field. Strong knowledge of Fortigate Firewall, Checkpoint Firewall, and Paloalto. Experience in troubleshooting network security products. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Checkpoint CCSA) are a plus.
