Purpose of the Role and Key Tasks: To support building the brand awareness of Lotus Petal to be one of the Top of the mind brands in the global giving space as well CSR / Non-Profit industry thereby maximizing returns for the fundraising efforts ultimately leading to more beneficiaries for the programs. Support in creating robust internal communication to keep the employee/Changemaker updated and motivated. Responsibilities include. transforming raw clips and video footage into high-quality finished videos used to inform, engage, and inspire the audience. Job Responsibilities : 1. Editing and assembling raw video footage to create engaging and compelling video content 2. Understanding video editing techniques including splicing, sound balancing, color correction, color grading, trimming, adding transitions, and applying visual effects to enhance video quality 3. Refining raw footage content and trimming video sequences to effectively convey concepts 4. Reviewing all edited tapes to identify any issues and recommending changes as necessary 5. Organizing and managing audio and video assets to maintain a seamless workflow 6. Collaborating with the communication team and stakeholders (program/Function heads) to understand video project requirements 7. Optimizing video content for various platforms i.e. website , social media accounts etc and audience preferences 8. Taking ownership of video ideation and creation processes 9. Working closely with the communication team to ensure alignment with organizational goals 10. Shooting video and producing content as required 11. Exploring various versions and directions for video content 12. Adjusting formats and file sizes as needed 13. Enhancing the existing Brand Guidelines periodically as per requirements 14. Providing creative design support for the website in accordance with brand guidelines 15. Offering support for events organized by Lotus Petal USA.
