We are seeking a dedicated and proactive female Sr. Executive / Executive HR to join our team. employee engagement, organization development, training & development, event coordination, and generalist HR activities. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate recording of employee attendance and leave data. 2. Employee Engagement: - Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture. - Coordinate employee recognition programs and events. - Gather feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement. 3. Organization Development: - Support in the implementation of organization development strategies. - Collaborate with management to. identify organizational needs and areas for growth. - Assist in designing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness. 4. Training & Development: - Coordinate training programs and workshops based on organizational needs and employee development plans. - Maintain training records and track employee progress. - Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and recommending improvements. 5. Event Coordination: - Plan and coordinate various HR events such as team-building activities, corporate outings, and celebrations. - Manage logistics including venue booking, catering, and scheduling. - Ensure events are executed smoothly and within budget. 6. Generalist HR: - Handle Recruitment cycle for the organization basis on the requirement and within time frame - Provide support in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. - Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and documentation. - Handle HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field. - Proven experience in HR coordination or related roles. - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Fluency in English is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications: - Master in Business Administration in HR. - Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software. - Demonstrated experience in organizing and coordinating events. - Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
