Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated .NET Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications using C# and ASP.NET. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Perform code. reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to established guidelines. Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to enhance application performance and usability. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the .NET development field and apply them to improve development processes and practices. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates, and addressing any concerns or questions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies and processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in .NET development using C# and ASP.NET. Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns. Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus. Familiarity with database concepts and experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. Proven ability to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. Experience with version control systems, such as Git, is preferred. Knowledge of agile development methodologies, such as Scrum, is a plus. (ref:hirist.tech
