About the Role We are aggressively looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best available talent to our staff. Were seeking a Customer Service Representative to connect with prospective clients in the US and ensure they are provided with the right information to collaborate with TCM. The requirements are to fill multiple openings within the CSR division right from individuals with basic and minimum experience in a client/ customer engaging role to individuals who have managed a team of CSRs in the past. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, experience in US Process (added. advantage), proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), and good data management skills. This role requires candidates with excellent communication skills (US accent preferred) as you will be communicating with individuals from the US. Individuals with experience in planning, coordinating and analysing data would be a bonus. Responsibilities Handling inbound and outbound calls. Receive calls and record significant information. Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions. Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs, activities and other information. Identify the needs of Driver & Brokers, resolve issues, and provide solutions. Also, be well-read on company policies and the website for FAQs or policy related answers. Maintain good customer relations. Requirement Fresher or experienced in a relevant position Proficient in English (Oral and written) - Mandatory Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities Active listener with excellent communication skills BPO experience would be an added advantage Handling inbound and outbound calls.
