Derby Men - A leading responsible Men's Wear Brand, headquartered in Chennai is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Executive who will play a critical role in developing the e-commerce division as a separate revenue channel. Key responsibilities: Drive revenue and profitability targets for the Brand website Hands-On, Collaborative, and be accountable for results Drive, plan and monitor sales on the own brand website Work with the social media marketing team and provide inputs for organic posts and optimized online adverts to drive sales Manage the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns on the brand website Build and maintain good relationships with the vendor ecosystem Qualifications and Requirements: 3+years of Prior Experience in Ecommerce Sales and at least 2+years in the Fashion Retail Industry Candidates who have experience in driving sales on the own brand website will be preferred . Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management and excel skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Graduated with either a 3- or 4-year degree plus an MBA with focus on Ecommerce/ Digital Marketing from a reputable university Job Type: Full-time Salary: 30,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus Application Question(s): Number of years of experience in Own Brand Website Experience: total work: 3 years (Required) Application Deadline: 05/04/2024 Expected Start Date: 15/04/2024
