Job Title: E-commerce Executive Job Summary: As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's online sales strategies. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of our e-commerce platform, optimize user experience, and drive sales growth. This role requires a deep understanding of online marketing, consumer behavior, and e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities: E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform. Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversion. Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing. Monitor website performance and address any technical issues promptly. Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales. Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and visibility. Manage email marketing campaigns, including. newsletters and promotional offers. Coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and average order value. Prepare regular reports to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve overall performance. Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty. Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement. Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels. Monitor product availability and coordinate with suppliers to replenish inventory as needed. Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer service. Communicate regularly with team members to ensure alignment and synergy across departments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento. Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development languages is a plus. Familiarity with online advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
