Job Description

Responsible for the Contract Staffing business and the development & management of the team.

Maintains full responsibility of Staffing business which includes profitability, upscaling of business, budgeting and business operations

Directly responsible to manage performance of team members through necessary interventions and training.

Stay up-to-date on labour legislation and Staffing related Statutory Acts.

Acquire new business for company by on-boarding and signing new customers.

Interact with a variety of company stakeholders across industries/domains and build relationships with prospective organizations.

Required Profile:

Strong experience on IT Recruitment

Managing accounts or customer coordination

Excellent written and oral communication in English

4-6 Years of industry experience

Fair understanding of Data Science & Analytics products/technologies
