Allegiance Global Data Solutions is recruiting Customer Service representative for an International USA based process at it head office in Amanora Chambers Hadapsar, Pune . Position Summary: The Customer Service representative will assist in organizing, prioritizing, facilitating, and monitoring the orders through clients system. Manage and prioritize caseload of clients. Place Order by identifying and assigning a qualified local vendor within established time frames. Create/maintain reports to track assignments from order date through final completion Maintain communication with Vendors and Client. Replying to customer email, confirming the scheduling of appointments, willingness to take direction and be proactive in seeking additional duties and responsibilities Perform other duties and special projects as assigned Communicates and explains the progress of products/services to customers through establishing. relationships and building strong rapport with our vendors. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. Experience with customer relations and possess strong phone skills Technology savvy is a MUST. Must be proficient in, Outlook, and Word Organized with ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment Demonstrate attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Confident and driven individual with great communication skills Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to problem solve and show keen attention to detail Quick learner Ability to learn new systems and products/services Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines Positive personality We will give you the tools to succeed, guaranteed Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift Shift allowance Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: total work: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Shift availability: Night Shift (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 30/03/2024
