Data Guard - RMAN backup, cloning and restoration Performance tuning - performance analysis and optimization Security patching - Applying Oracle security patches and updates Application Support - Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Java, Weblogic, and other Oracle applications Health check and Monitoring Scripting - Writing and executing scripts Month-end support - providing support during critical month-end processing periods Additional Support - Addressing other Oracle-related tasks as needed and agreed upon
