Position Summary: We are seeking several Global Sales Leaders, specifically focusing on the US markets, to drive our worldwide sales strategy and expand our global footprint. This role requires dynamic, entrepreneurial individuals with a proven track record in US sales and the ability to navigate diverse markets. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through direct contact with prospective customers, helping and supporting the team members for stronger pipeline generation. Develop and implement effective global sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Lead and mentor a global sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand market trends and customer needs to offer relevant solutions. Collaborate. with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and customer experience. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Regularly report on sales results and market conditions to the executive team. Requirements: Proven experience to work with customers in the US markets For leadership positions, experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing successful sales teams Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization. Experience in planning and implementing international sales strategies. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
