Job Description

Lead the design and Implementation of ServiceNow CSM solutions, including but not limited to case management, knowledge management, and self-service portals Collaborate with customers to identify their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Create detailed technical design documents and assist with project planning and estimation Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, including code reviews and knowledge sharing Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and industry trends, and proactively suggest enhancements to improve the customer experience Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow CSM implementations Work closely with cross-functional teams, including ServiceNow developers, project managers, and business analysts
