Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Night Shift Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As a Night Shift Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet our staffing needs during non-traditional hours. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to identify recruitment needs and attract qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit for specific roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including. virtual interviews during non-traditional hours. Communicate effectively with candidates to provide updates on their application status and gather additional information as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR professionals to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to attract qualified candidates. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely and accurate reports on recruitment metrics, including candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators. Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Work independently and proactively to meet recruitment targets and deadlines, even during non-traditional hours. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a night shift or 24/7 environment. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work efficiently in a high-volume recruiting environment. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment databases, and other recruitment tools. Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business needs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in candidate assessment and documentation. Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to recruitment and hiring. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
