Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an IT Recruiter located in Tiruchirappalli. As an IT Recruiter, your day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various IT roles. You will. collaborate closely with account managers to understand their requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a candidate pipeline, conducting reference checks, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Prior experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends Ability to effectively source and screen candidates using various recruitment platforms and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and stakeholders Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
