Implement and maintain Umbraco best practices for content management and website performance. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a long-term website development strategy, with a specific emphasis on Umbraco, aligned with the company's goals. Identify opportunities for website enhancements using Umbraco and propose innovative solutions. Quality Assurance: Ensure the development team follows best practices for testing, debugging, and quality assurance within the Umbraco ecosystem. Maintain high standards for Umbraco website performance, security, and accessibility. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as design, marketing, and IT, to ensure websites meet business objectives and brand standards, with a focus on Umbraco integration. Budget Management: Manage the web development budget, including resource allocation, cost control, and procurement of necessary tools or services related to Umbraco. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, web development, or a related field. Proven experience in web development, including front-end and back-end technologies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Project management expertise, including Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
