ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT: Direct channel is one of the proprietary channels at HDFC Life. It's primarily made up 3 verticals namely BCSS, Loyalty and DSC. Direct channel has access to a large HDFC Life customer base and works on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. 
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The incumbent will be a part of the support/ startegy team of Direct channel. He will be responsible for regular MIS reports, Dashboarding & Analysis for various campaigns. He will also be the SPOC for all queries & escalations arising from field / stake holders.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Responsible for publishing various MIS reports fro consumption of internal stakeholders 2) SPOC for escalations pertaining Business reports & Dashboards | Lead allocation 3) Working on ad-hoc deliverables on requirement basis.

Work Location: Lower Parel - Mumbai

Candidate Requirements:
MIS is must have skill.
Effective communication skills/presentation skills.
Proficient in MS-Excel, Advanced Excel, Macros, dashboards.
