Job Description:


As a BTL Activity Lead Generation Counter Sales Specialist at Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation and sales through below-the-line marketing activities and direct engagement with customers at counter locations. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing BTL activities, generating leads, and facilitating sales transactions. This position requires a blend of marketing creativity, sales acumen, and customer service skills to effectively engage with prospects and drive conversion. Key duties and responsibilities include:


BTL Activity Planning and Execution:


Collaborating with the marketing team to develop plans aligned with lead generation and sales objectives for Ridhira Living products.

Identifying suitable locations , such as product demonstrations, sampling sessions, or promotional campaigns.

Planning logistics, securing necessary permits, and coordinating resources for successful execution.

Lead Generation:


Engaging with customers directly at counter locations to generate interest in Ridhira Living products and services.

Implementing lead generation tactics such as collecting contact information, distributing promotional materials, and encouraging participation in contests or surveys.

Qualifying leads on the spot by assessing their needs, preferences, and purchase intent.

Counter Sales:


Showcasing Ridhira Living products to customers and highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points.

Providing personalized recommendations and assistance to customers in selecting products that best meet their requirements.

Processing sales transactions efficiently, handling cash or electronic payments, and issuing receipts.

Upselling or cross-selling additional Ridhira Living products or services to maximize sales opportunities.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:


Building rapport with customers through friendly and engaging interactions, reflecting Ridhira Living's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Collecting feedback from customers about their experience and preferences to inform future marketing and sales efforts.

Reporting and Analysis:


Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in marketing, sales, or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in lead generation, or retail sales roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.

Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Organizational skills and attention to detail to coordinate BTL activities and manage counter sales operations effectively.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for counter sales activities.
