Job Description

On the Job Internship working closely with the Recruitment team in Screening & Sourcing candidates
Understanding and using different Channels of Sourcing, Maintaining Talent Database and reports.
Co-ordinating with Recruiters and Candidates for Interviews, Offer and Onboarding process.
Understanding and having hands experience of JIOs HRIS and ATS system.
