• Roles and Responsibilities

• Need to source, screen and schedule the candidates according to the requirement.
• Need to do end to end recruitment
• Should be excellent in coordinating with other teams
• Need to close the offers as per the business requirement

• Eligibility Criteria

• Must be an immediate joiner
• Should have minimum 6 months of experience into recruitment
• Need to have knowledge of using job portals/social media in recruitment (Naukri, LinkedIn,
  Shine... etc.)
• Should be flexible to work on weekends and extended hours as per the business requirement
• Must have experience in bulk hiring (International BPO hiring )
• Should be aware of the documentation process and policies
