About Team
This role is part of the Walmart Product team (see description below) with a specific focus on building products for Walmart e-commerce. Your mission is to drive innovation in Walmart Marketplace.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be working in close collaboration with diverse functions including engineering, business, fellow product managers, and Sellers operations across various geographies.
Your responsibility will be to liaise with key stakeholders to formulate and drive the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of the product strategy.
Your core focus will be on the creation of next-generation marketplace products designed to serve all facets of Walmarts e-commerce, both domestically and internationally.
A key aspect of your role will be to analyse and drive enhancements in the seller platform, thereby improving its overall capabilities.

What you'll do
Define and lead the vision and strategy for seller platform, provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements, understand business goals, define product end state, and work with development teams in designing optimal experience
Work closely with architects and engineers to design scalable solutions
Collaborate with the product team to define product requirements and specifications.
Run usability tests and perform data analysis to evaluate the products performance and identify areas for improvement.
Define and monitor key performance indicators to track and optimize product performance.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders about the products progress, challenges, and successes.
Work closely with the different business offering teams to understand the requirements, priorities, and drive towards a common goal
Develop external & internal market analysis and fitment
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
Ensures business needs are being met
Manage & drive partner roadmap relationships
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
Supports product implementation and deployment
What You Will Bring
Good academic record with Computer Science or Engineering background; prefer a tier 1/2 MBA
7+ years of Industry experience, focused on solving data & analytics challenges with minimum 3 years of product management experience; prefer some e-commerce or retail experience
Strong product management experience in managing technical products, proven experience in building platforms to solve critical business problems considering user at the center stage
Must have experience working with and influencing partner roadmap
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good experience of working with globally distributed teams in a collaborative and productive manner

Minimum Qualifications
Option 1: Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years experience in product management.
Option 2: 7 years experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
