Job Description
- Proven track record in executing Consulting and BA engagements with Banks and FIs.
- Excellent domain knowledge in credit cards with thorough functional knowledge across the different value streams involved in the Card value chain.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile development environment and with prior experience performing the product owner role.
- Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy to the development team, stakeholders, and customers.
- Ensure alignment of the product vision with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to understand and gather requirements for the product.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, testing, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for product development.
- Conduct and facilitate product demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and customer feedback sessions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is a plus.
- Strong technical background with expertise in REST API design and AWS services
- Understanding or experience on digital platforms (UI, UX and mobile apps) are preferred.
- 8 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading product development and delivery within the specified domain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and gather requirements for product development.
- Define and prioritize user stories, features, and enhancements based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Plan releases and sprints based on the product roadmap and business priorities.
- Act as the voice of the customer, representing customer needs and feedback to the development team.
- Conduct and facilitate product demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and customer feedback sessions.
- Ensure that the delivered product aligns with the defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.
- Bachelors degree in engineering / Masters degree (MBA) or equivalent from an accredited institution .
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to drive continuous improvement in product development.
- Adaptability to handle changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
