About client: Our Client is is an Indian information and communications technology company providing end-to-end ICT solutions including telecom services, data center services, cloud & managed services, transformation integration services and application integration services. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage network security infrastructure, primarily utilizing firewalls like Cisco ASA or Fortigate. Maintain and monitor network security devices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of network resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security risks and develop strategies for threat mitigation. Perform network and security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning. Troubleshoot and resolve network security incidents and issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices. Configure and manage routing and switching protocols. Assist in the. development and enforcement of network security policies and procedures. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in network security. Strong experience with firewalls, specifically Cisco ASA or Fortigate. CCNA certification is mandatory. Proficiency in routing and switching. Familiarity with security principles and best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in network security. Location: Hyderabad
