Overview of the Role As a Network Security Engineer, you'll be responsible for securing systems and networks through design, implementation, and maintenance. Collaborating with IT, network engineering, and cybersecurity teams, you'll ensure compliance, protection against security risks, and timely response to incidents. Your role involves identifying vulnerabilities, conducting risk assessments, and implementing security solutions. Must have Skills 7-8 years of experience in Network, Security and Microsoft O365/Exchange. Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNA-Security, JNCIA, JNCIS-SEC, Microsoft 365 Administrator, etc.) Strong knowledge of Network and security principles, standards, and best practices. Strong knowledge of O365/Exchange Administration. Hands-on experience with Network and security technologies (Routers, Switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, antivirus). Hands-on experience with O365/Exchange in SaaS and On-premises deployments. Strong knowledge and. Troubleshooting experience in network, security and O365/Exchange Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for conveying complex security concepts to diverse audiences. Proactively checks network devices, security devices, systems and O365 Evaluate and design the organization's security framework, creating detailed documentation. Monitor security logs, respond to incidents, and use tools to detect suspicious activities. Conduct security audits for compliance with regulations and organizational policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into system design. Stay informed on security threats and industry trends, offering recommendations. Participate in incident response activities, including investigation and recovery efforts. Provide training programs to educate employees on security best practices
