Job Description

Dev Team Lead / Tech Lead Salesforce Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills The Technical Lead is expected to have extensive experience in software development, including, but not limited to, Salesforce technologies such as Visualforce and Apex. The Technical Lead will be responsible for the detailed design of technical solutions and will document the technical design and manage developers throughout the development, testing and support phases. Knowledge & Experience: Mandatory: At least 2 years hands on experience in LWC. At least 3+ year hands on experience in integration using REST API services Good understanding of Salesforce communities at least one from (Customer communities, Employee communities, Partner communities) Hands on experience in custom sharing and sharing calculations for large volume of data Good understanding and hands on in concept: asynchronous apex (Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, Batch Apex, Future Methods) 1 year experience in App. exchange package development. 8+ Years of experience in Salesforce/Force.com custom development using Visualforce and Apex Broader programming technologies such as HTML, XML, JSON, JQuery, SOAP, AJAX, Javascript (including modern Javascript libraries), Adobe Flex, Java, JSP, SQL Knowledge of different database platforms such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server Knowledge of ETL tools such as DataStage, or Informatica Strong communication skills Strong analytical skills with ability to learn quickly 3+ years of technical team leadership experience 8+ years direct experience in software development and/or programming design and systems management Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or closely related field or equivalent experience Platform Developer 1 Certification & PD 2 is good to have. Additional Salesforce Certification (Sales, Service, Community Cloud Consultant) will be added advantage. Experience with source control (GIT) and versioning tools and best practices. This includes branching patterns and strategies. Experience with SFDC implementation techniques, including Lightning Components, Apex programming, Visualforce, unit test implementation, point and click configuration and development tasks, data export/import tools and techniques, reporting. Leadership: Technical lead experience on large, multiple release projects. Experience leading and providing direction to multiple developers. Ability to mentor team members of all levels of seniority. Strong communications skills. Strong team building skills and recognition of a varied set of skillsets, levels, and abilities. The ability to allocate tasks to the correct developers based on their skills and abilities. The ability to estimate the time for developers based on their skills and abilities.
