What you will be doing: The Operations Analyst (OA) is an active member of the project team throughout the SDLC and PMLC phases of a project. The OA. completes tasks as assigned by OA Lead or Technical Lead, in the event an OA Lead is not assigned to project and provides status of the operational development effort. The OA develops, standardizes, tests, and migrates required operational centric project changes. Accountable The person who is accountable for the deliverable (the person who makes sure the person(s) responsible completes the deliverable and is the last one to review the deliverable before it is deemed complete). The accountable person also ensures the communication occurs to all those listed as "Informed" on the deliverable and serves as the point of escalation if there are any issues with the deliverable. Responsible: The person responsible for the deliverable (person doing the work associated with the deliverable). OA Lead may delegate the work to a project team OA. Contributor The person(s) who will actively contribute to the deliverable (either as a participant in sessions, or by completing specific activities that contribute to the final deliverable). What you bring: Overall 7 to 12 years of Mainframe operations experience CA7 or Equivalent Scheduler experience.
