Position: Robotics STEM Manager Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar About Us: NexTech Minds is dedicated to cultivating inquisitive minds through STEM education. Our team of professionals, with seven years of expertise in robotics and education, has meticulously designed a comprehensive curriculum that emphasizes science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. We believe in experiential learning, where students apply new concepts in our STEM labs, resulting in effective comprehension and retention. Responsibilities: Lead a team of Robotics STEM Associates (STEM faculties) in delivering our curriculum to schools. Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to develop and refine STEM curriculums. Liaise with. school coordinators and management to ensure smooth implementation of programs. Monitor and track curriculums across different schools, providing guidance and support to team members. Develop new curriculums and maintain existing ones to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Remain calm and accessible in high-pressure situations, fostering a supportive work environment. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in STEM education or allied industries with a strong technical background. Energetic, charming, and pleasant demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Technical proficiency in areas such as Python, industrial automation, PLCs, Robot Operating Systems (ROS), aeromodelling, drone technology, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. Ability to develop and implement innovative educational strategies. Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
