Job Description

: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Training Centre Manager to oversee the profitable operation of our software training center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD/CAM/CAE and IT courses, with the ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality training services while ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to drive enrollments and profitability for CAD/CAM/CAE and IT courses. Manage day-to-day operations of the training center, including scheduling classes, managing resources, and ensuring smooth functioning. Recruit, train, and supervise instructors to deliver effective and engaging training sessions. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and industry partners to generate business leads and collaborations. Monitor. student progress and satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Oversee marketing and promotional activities to increase awareness and attract prospective students. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in training delivery. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Prepare and present reports on center performance, including financial metrics, to senior management. Required Skills: Strong understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE principles and software tools, as well as IT courses. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development, preferably in the education or training sector. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and external stakeholders. Sound financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in education and training. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Engineering. 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a software training or education center.
