The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for leading the company's technology strategy and implementation, building and managing the technology team, and ensuring that technology drives business success. Day-to-day tasks include making technology decisions, collaborating with other executives, and overseeing the development and maintenance of technology infrastructure. Qualifications Proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer or similar leadership role Demonstrated experience building and managing technology teams Experience leading technology strategy and implementation Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in web and mobile technologies, database systems, and cloud computing platforms Demonstrated experience working with. cross-functional teams and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and communication skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience leading technology efforts in a startup environment is a plus. Experience with product development in the healthcare or life sciences industry is a plus. Experience working with AI/ML systems is a plus
