Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Chief Technology Officer at a Tech Start-up. The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company and ensuring the technology strategy aligns with business goals. They will lead the development and. implementation of innovative technological solutions, manage the engineering and technology teams, and collaborate with other executives to drive digital transformation and innovation. Qualifications Proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer or similar leadership role Strong understanding of technology trends and their potential impact on the industry Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic technology plans Experience in product development and managing technology teams Solid knowledge of software development, cybersecurity, and cloud computing Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment is a plus Applicants must have the following skills: Technical Leadership Strategic Thinking Team Management Product Development Software Development Cybersecurity Cloud Computing Communication Problem-Solving Relevant certifications and advanced degrees are a plus
