Role Description This is a contract Chief Technology Officer role, located on-site in Kanpur. As a CTO at For Startup, you will be responsible for leading the technical strategy and managing the technical development of the organization. You will work with other executives to develop and implement strategic plans that ensure the company's technology infrastructure supports its overall needs and goals. Qualifications Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership roles in technology. Excellent understanding of the software development cycle, agile methodologies, and product development process. Strong technical knowledge of current software languages, platforms, tools, and trends, with the ability to evaluate, select, and integrate new technology solutions. Experience creating technical roadmaps and deploying scalable, highly available, and. fault-tolerant systems. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of engineers and technical professionals. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred. Experience in the startup ecosystem and working with early-stage companies is a plus
