You will lead a talented team of technology professionals and collaborate closely with other executives to align technology initiatives with business goals. Roles & Responsibilities: Technology Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision for the companys technology strategy. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, advising the executive team on potential impacts and opportunities. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technology team. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with other executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Develop and implement a roadmap for technology investments and initiatives. Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can enhance efficiency, competitiveness, and overall business performance. Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. Ensure the team is aligned with the companys overall mission and goals. Product Development: Oversee the development and delivery of innovative, high-quality products and solutions. Work closely with product management to ensure technology supports product roadmaps and enhances customer satisfaction. Infrastructure and Security: Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the companys technology infrastructure. Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect the company and its clients. Vendor and Partner Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external technology vendors and partners. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure optimal terms and performance. Qualifications: Proven experience as a technology leader in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with a track record of successfully implementing technology initiatives. Excellent understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, AI, and cybersecurity. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus
