Position Summary We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong background in both hardware and software engineering to lead our technology department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and executing innovative technology projects. As CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and dissemination of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase business. This role demands a leader who can balance technical expertise with strategic business acumen, leading our company through the next phases of growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities Define the companys technological vision, ensuring it aligns with our business goals. Lead the research, design, and development of new hardware and software projects from conception to implementation. Oversee the entire lifecycle of technology development, including ideation, prototype, testing, and market launch. . Foster a culture of innovation within the technology team; encourage creative thinking and risk-taking. Evaluate and implement new systems and infrastructure to enhance productivity and support scalable growth. Collaborate with other department heads to integrate technology solutions that improve business processes and efficiencies. Manage technology budgets and time frames to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects. Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and their potential impact on the company. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and technology communities. Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards
