Responsibilities:* 1. *Technology Leadership:* - Provide strategic direction and leadership for the overall technology vision of the company, emphasizing AWS cloud solutions. - Spearhead the development of cutting-edge real estate technology products, with a strong emphasis on online applications and platforms hosted on AWS. 2. *Team Management:* - Lead and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. - Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of. technical staff with expertise in AWS services. 3. *Product Development:* - Drive the development of robust and user-friendly online real estate applications, leveraging AWS cloud architecture. - Guide the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions hosted on AWS. 4. *AWS Cloud Management:* - Utilize a Java-centric tech stack for online real estate applications hosted on AWS. - Optimize and manage AWS cloud services, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to best practices. 5. *Collaboration and Communication:* - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure technology solutions, especially AWS-based applications, meet business requirements. - Effectively communicate technical concepts related to online real estate platforms, emphasizing the AWS cloud stack, to non-technical stakeholders. 6. *Strategic Planning:* - Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for online real estate applications hosted on AWS, outlining key milestones and objectives. - Contribute to long-term strategic planning for the company's growth and success in the online real estate market. 7. *Real Estate Project Focus:* - Bring expertise in developing and implementing technology solutions specifically tailored for the real estate sector, emphasizing online applications and digital platforms hosted on AWS. Qualifications:* - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in Java development and proven track record of successful project delivery, especially in the real estate sector. - Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as a CTO or Head of Technology. - In-depth knowledge of real estate technology trends and industry practices. - Expertise in designing and managing applications on AWS. Skills:* - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Expertise in Java programming and related technologies (Spring, Hibernate, etc.). - In-depth understanding of AWS cloud services. - Strategic thinking with a business-oriented mindset. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to drive innovation and implement best practices.
