Job Description

Client: Japanese MNC in industrial product segment catering to wide industry category, active in 82 countries. Key Drivers: Shadow the MD as an Executive Assistant to assist the MD in all aspects of decision making across functions-Sales, Marketing ,Finance, Supply Chain as well as industry research & benchmarking. Prepare Annual Business plan and other key strategic material for Leadership team and the Board of Directors; supporting the management in business and industry analysis Identify gaps and implement ideas to ensure smooth functioning of all departments. Prepare Business Plan Presentations, Management/Financial Reports and MIS management. Monitor sales funnel for new product development from query stage to commercial launch stage. Provide comprehensive support to the MD and others in the Leadership team during Business events and creating market/product presentations and product pitches for new and existing customers. Build a repository for market and. competitive intelligence which to use as a resource centre for tracking market share data. INCUMBENT PROFILE: A competent strategy and business development professional with around 15 years experience with strong business acumen, analytical and research skills with excellent knowledge of strategic concepts.
