Designation: Head of Business Development Location: Surat Qualification: B.E/B.Tech - Chemical with M.B.A would be an added advantage Experience: 15 Years in contract manufacturing & Contract Winning Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to identify and partner with new clients globally, focusing on contract manufacturing opportunities in the chemical industry. Represent Group companies at exhibitions and conferences across the globe related to the chemical industry to build brand visibility and network with potential clients. Collaborate closely with the Director to actionize strategic initiatives and drive business growth. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Provide insights and market intelligence to the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. . Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of services to clients. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and mitigate potential risks. Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing contract manufacturing opportunities with clients in Europe, Japan, USA, etc. Strong understanding of the global chemical industry landscape and market dynamics
