Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager in the Corporate Secretarial department at Lodha & Bhatt. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for handling corporate secretarial matters of clients and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Qualifications Knowledge of company law, corporate governance, and secretarial practices Experience in managing statutory compliance pertaining to Companies Act and other applicable laws/regulations Ability to handle drafting and review of various legal and commercial agreements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, or a related field Membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is preferred Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
