We are currently seeking a candidate who: Has a strong interest and expertise in Treasury Operations. Wants to contribute to the success of a prominent Treasury Consultancy firm. Desires to work collaboratively with the founder. Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/ Manager - Treasury Operations at Worthy Advisors, you will be responsible for: - Overseeing day-to-day treasury operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry regulations. - Managing cash flow and liquidity to support the organization's financial. objectives. - Executing and monitoring financial transactions, including investments, borrowings, and forex activities. - Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance overall financial performance. - Analyzing market trends, risks, and opportunities to provide strategic recommendations. - Preparing reports and presentations for senior management regarding treasury performance and market insights. - Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and implementing best practices in treasury operations. Requirements: a) Candidates with current / past operating experience in Treasury domain. b) Experience in Start up companies will be a plus. Qualification : CFA (Level 2) CA/CS/CWA Intermediate, MBA Finance M. Com or any relevant field Proven experience of 3+ years in treasury operations within the banking and finance sector. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
