Exp:3-5 years Location: Hyderabad Role: Contract We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in SQL, with familiarity in Snowflake and Azure environments, which will be advantageous. Previous experience within the Financial Services sector, particularly in Risk and Analytics domains, is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: SQL Proficiency: Ability to write complex SQL queries for data analysis and validation purposes. Data Platform Familiarity: Experience with Snowflake and Azure platforms, aiding in data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Financial Services Knowledge: Understanding of financial concepts, particularly in Risk and Analytics, to effectively assess data quality and integrity within this domain. ETL/ELT Expertise: Proficient in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) and Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) processes, ensuring seamless data movement and transformation. Talend Experience. Hands-on experience with Talend, a significant asset for managing data workflows and orchestrating data integration tasks. Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and validation procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and any issues encountered during the quality assurance process. Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to identify data quality issues and implement solutions. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing data quality standards and best practices. Compliance Adherence: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards applicable to the Financial Services industry. Qualifications: Strong proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience in complex query writing. Experience with Snowflake and/or Azure data platforms is preferred. Previous exposure to the Financial Services sector, particularly within Risk and Analytics domains, is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in ETL/ELT processes and tools, with specific experience in Talend. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proven track record of delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business requirements in a dynamic environment
