Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal database.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
- Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, following up on leads, and maintaining communication with applicants.
- Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet client expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or related field (BPO/voice process).
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies for technical roles (software development, testing, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and candidates.
