Job Description

: Position : Design Engineer Location : Vadodara (GIDC) Masters in CAD and CAM. Software proficiency: Must be currently working in Solid works 2010+ (MUST) with at least 5 yrs. of hands on experience, Static/dynamic analysis knowledge (plus), MS Office, Draft sight/AutoCAD (2D), Photoshop or Graphical design (plus) Language skills: Able to read, understand, speak and draft correspondence in technical ENGLISH language for customers/vendors Key Functions: 3D Modelling/assembly, creating detail drawings for sales/manufacturing, generation of BOMs, estimates, QA plans. Assistance with work orders, production planning, testing. 2D to 3D conversion, reverse engineering for R&D. . Should be able to read and interpret 2D machine drawings, correlate w/ actual parts and generate 2D/3D designs of parts/assemblies. Immense knowledge of FEA & Simulation & prior experience in its working required. Supervising tests and analysis Verifying designs. Evaluating structural designs and processes. Researching engineering data. Managing projects. Being able to lead & Coach team members. Being professional and courteous & working in a highly professional environment. Planning & execution of design Carrying out inspection Candidate will be required to undergo a SCREENING TEST before personal interview. Rapid/Prototyping & first model creation.
