Will be working on direct Pharma/Healthcare client requirements related to Doctors, Nurses, Lab technicians, etc (Healthcare Nursing) Recruit Nurses (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed vocational nurse, Certified nursing assistant, Case Manager) Recruit Therapists (Physical therapist, Occupational Therapist,) Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Healthcare clients in the US. Responsible for searching and recruiting candidates on various skill sets as per the job specifications. Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfilling them through. various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, and networking sites. Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level. Ensuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements on time. Responsible for the mentoring team too by individual recruitment.
