Healthcare Consultant - Business Analyst @ CitiusTech

Job Description

As a Senior Healthcare BA II, you will be part of an agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Your key responsibilities include: Work with a variety of stakeholders to gather requirements, manage implementation and drive delivery of a Salesforce project to include planning and facilitating requirements elaboration sessions, and documenting the output. Gathering, analyzing, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical requirements for IT solutions. Contributing to create consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing & validation. Ensuring adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope. Identifying and proposing existing solutions to support regional business requirements. Act. as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT team, ensuring effective communication and implement solution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill for effective collaboration with client Education BE/B. Tech/Bachelor- Masters Life Sciences Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable Mandatory Skills Strong domain experience in Patient Support Program, Hub Services Sales force and RCM background In-depth knowledge of healthcare operation, compliance, and regulations with experience working on Salesforce health cloud project will be an added advantage. Demonstrate problem solving abilities and strategic thinking to drive continuous improvement in client system. Strong leadership and team management capabilities skill with ability to train customer and teammates. Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and capability to write User stories and acceptance criteria & work closely with the scrum teams at all levels.
