Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Placement Officer. The Training Placement Officer will be responsible for campus placement activities, communicating with students and employers, college recruiting, conducting training sessions, and assessing and developing soft skills. The role will involve working closely with students, employers, and educational institutions to facilitate successful placements. Qualifications Campus Placement and College Recruiting skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in conducting training sessions . Strong knowledge of soft skills assessment and development Ability to work effectively with students, employers, and educational institutions Good organizational and multitasking abilities Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
