Job Description

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and develop the capability of individuals across the chapter, lead and define the vision and roadmap for the product in partnership with business stakeholders and product management to maximise delivery of business value and support benefits realisation Deliver Crew and/or COE outcomes within the squad. Facilitate the constructive resolution of conflicts which may arise both internally and externally to the Chapter. Provide people leadership and management including on boarding, hiring, skill building, career development, coaching, performance management and team engagements for Chapter members, in line with guidance from the Chapter Area and/or Practice. Implement and support consistent ways of working across the Chapter. Set clear expectations on the guardrails and standards to be applied as defined by the Chapter Area and/or Practice. Contribute to the uplift of the Chapters maturity through SME knowledge and by driving and fostering. collaboration across the Chapter to create a culture of sharing, learning and problem solving. Apply expertise to support prioritisation, balance trade-offs, and explore strategies to successfully achieve business outcomes. Accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalations. Act as the voice of the business and translate this for the team. Drive project inception and exploration to ensure alignment of product strategy. Formulate hypotheses to validate customer problems and define clear learning objectives that will inform product roadmap and prioritisation decisions. Identify, articulate and manage risks and compliance across streams of work. Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design. Lead and develop the product roadmap, and engagement with senior stakeholders/business units to manage the delivery of product roadmap Apply expertise to support prioritisation, balance trade-offs, and explore strategies to successfully achieve business outcomes. Lead the Squad day-to-day to deliver change and lifecycle activities. Maintain a well prioritised Backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes. Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure that prioritisation is understood and agreed to. Release prototypes and iterate a product that meets customer needs and achieves the crews goals. Define the product vision and goals in collaboration with security, business, risk and technology stakeholders Be accountable for end-to-end value delivery and product lifecycle management Manage the Squads performance to defined objectives including Objective and Key Results (OKR), service management metrics and budgets Your Experience 14+ years of experience in Information Technology in a fast-paced environment 6+ years in management overseeing tech development in an agile ecosystem Strong People leadership skills to lead, develop, motivate team and help them grow providing direction and guidance as required Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Have a keen eye for continuous improvements and help achieve efficiencies in both build and operations Enterprise experience in document management including ingesting, storing, metadata tagging, delivering, archiving and/ or destruction. Advanced understanding and experience in public cloud (AWS) would be desirable but not a mandate Analytical thinker, problem solver and able to deliver outcomes manoeuvring through inter-dependencies that are both internal and external Services etc Hands on ServiceNow, Jira,Confluence and other office tools Essential: Certified Pega RPA-Blue Prism is must Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
