Job Description

Prepare shift-wise production planning: Coordinate with SH to develop shift production plans according to internal customer requirements. Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, and materials): Develop resource allocation plans. Plan for overtime if necessary. Coordinate with internal suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials. Minimize production losses due to breakdowns: Coordinate with the maintenance department for both preventive and breakdown maintenance. Ensure production adherence to SOPs and quality parameters: Monitor adherence to SOPs and quality parameters during production. Collaborate with the Maintenance and Process Control departments to address quality-related issues. Ensure machines are updated with the required programs. Generate shift reports for production, rejection, manpower, and productivity: Ensure timely availability of all shift reports on Oracle and maintain data integrity. Enforce housekeeping and safety. regulations on the shop floor: Ensure compliance with safety requirements such as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Implement 5S principles and coordinate with the housekeeping department. Provide training to workmen on safety protocols. Ensure timely delivery of materials to internal customers: Coordinate with internal suppliers and customers to facilitate on-time delivery. Troubleshoot deviations from the plan: Coordinate with the Process Control and Maintenance departments to address any deviations
